Since the beginning of time, hard-working men and women have strived to improve themselves and their communities. From bricklayers to scientists, a day's work has always been a source of pride. Whether rising early on the farm or staying late at the office, the work was accomplished. Whether in overalls or a business suit, on a subway or on a tractor, we committed ourselves to getting the job done and doing it right. It’s reassuring to know that our labor has never been taken for granted and is recognized on a day dedicated to honoring the hard work of countless individuals, both past and present, who understood the value of a hard day’s work.
